# Runtime QA Console & Bug Reporter — Quick Start

Give testers an in-game log console and exportable reports with useful session context.

## Requirements and scope

- Requirements: Unity 2022.3.62f2 baseline, uGUI, and TextMeshPro
- Output: ZIP with JSON, text, manifest, and optional PNG screenshot
- Text redaction: Configurable literal/regex rules for notes, metadata, logs, and stack traces
- Platform workflow: Desktop files, Android sharing, and WebGL download flows; verify the current release matrix

Text-redaction rules do not redact screenshot pixels. Review reports before sharing. Screenshot encoding uses the main thread; WebGL has a separate synchronous export flow.

## Setup

1. Install uGUI and TextMeshPro, then import Assets/RuntimeQAConsole.
2. Open Scenes/DemoScene.unity or add Prefabs/QAConsoleUI.prefab to a test scene.
3. Configure capture limits, hotkey, export directory, screenshot preference, and project-specific redaction rules in the Inspector.
4. Run the scene, generate sample logs, add tester notes, and inspect an exported ZIP before adopting the workflow.
